Model 1 wears a M. She is size 12-14, wears a 12E bra and is 172cm tall.

Due to the changes your body experiences during breastfeeding, we recommend checking your underbust measurement when choosing the perfect size for your Nursing Crop.

The Nursing Crop is designed to cater up to a DD cup. If you have a larger cup size you may wish to try sizing up.

We always recommend using your measurements to find your perfect fit. Number sizing differs so much between brands that it's difficult to calculate on that alone. In our experience if you are between sizes or unsure then it's best to size up.

WHEN TO RESIZE
Our Nursing Crop can be worn during your pregnancy but it is specifically designed to support your bust while feeding. All of our crops are suitable to be worn during your pregnancy as they are wire-free and the fabric is designed with moisture-wicking properties to keep you cool and comfortable.

It is essential that the band of your feeding bra is firm to help support the fluctuation of the bust that occurs throughout the day and while feeding.

While all women develop at different times during pregnancy there are no hard and fast rules as to when you should purchase a feeding bra, but we recommend around 3-4 weeks prior to your due date, remember to allow a small amount of additional room in the breast area for when your milk comes in. (approximately 1-3 days after birth). Your rib cage/underbust has also expanded during pregnancy (approximately 5-8cm) to make room for baby and it is likely to decrease back to your original band size. Your band should feel firm and comfortable, too loose and you will not be supported, too tight and you will be uncomfortable. Our magnetic feeding clasp is strong and secure to support the weight of the bust, the best way to undo it is by sliding along either to the left or right, and is easy to close using one hand.

*If you experience any discomfort while wearing the product, it is recommended that you immediately cease wearing the garment and consult your doctor. If you are unsure about your suitability for wearing compression garments during pregnancy we recommend speaking with your doctor, physiotherapist or midwife.

Perfect nursing bra!!

I originally had the first version of this bra for my first baby and it was the most comfortable one I owned post-birth. No wires digging in, so easy to feed in with the magnets and soft on my engorged breasts. I’m so excited to use this one after the birth of my second because it’s even more comfortable and soft and can be done up and undone around the back, without it having to go over my head. Honestly the best nursing bras and I recommend them to every single breastfeeding mum I talk to!

Great for running

Comfy, supportive for running or gym work, and the magnetic clips are game changing! Especially as bub gets bigger/more wriggly and harder to wrangle, being able to just throw the clip up and have it stick is so so helpful!

Great for gentle sports.

I wear this to Mums and Bubs yoga and Pilates. And I feel secure and supported. The magnetic clips are far superior to the plastic hooks that I have in another brand. Not supportive enough for any sport involving running and/or jumping though.
