We want you to love your products as much as we do! But if for any reason you’re not happy with your order we accept returns for 60 days from date of purchase.
Items must be unworn (tried on is okay, of course!) and in the same condition that you received them.
The shipping cost incurred for returning item/s is not covered or reimbursed by Active Truth.
If you would like to lodge a return please email our Customer Care team at email@example.com.
Unfortunately we cannot process returns for lost parcels without tracking details — so please make note of your parcel tracking number. We strongly recommended lodging your parcel in-person at a post office.
