Top five stretches when you’re sore from sitting at your desk all day

Working from home is new to many of us and in self-isolation we’re finding ourselves with tight backs, necks and shoulders thanks to laptops and sitting for too long. So, what stretches should you do daily to offset tight muscles when you’re spending so much time sitting at your desk?
